This online university was established with one mission and that is to make every dentist's journey to a highly successful and highly paid career a reality.  The University was founded by Dr. Allen Nazeri DDS MBA FICO MICOI in 2018 an as an online platform. The reason for this was , Dr. Allen realized that a mosts dentists do not attend various programs due to their busy schedules and being worried about loss of revenue when away from the office. Others who do attend wished they could take their teams with them.  This platform allows all dental team members to attend various courses in the areas of Sales, Leadership. Marketing, Customer Service, Mergers & Acquisitions, Expansion and Fundraising on their own time and schedule without the need to travel. Furthermore, employers can track training programs developed for their teams and develop better employees in the process.
